A 50% nonrefundable deposit is collected at the time of booking to reserve rentals and book your date. Items are NOT reserved until deposit is paid.
Yes! We would love to set up for the day of your event. This is an extra fee and varies on amount of rentals, location, and design. Just let us know if you are intersted in this service when booking!
Yes! We are located in Davidson and serve the general Charlotte area.
Delivery starts at $150 up to 25 miles. Events located farther away will require additional fees. Each delivery is unique, therefore cost depends on location, venue, and access to venue.
No, we do not have a showroom at this time., but please see our inventory page, or shoot us an email and we would be happy to assist further.
Yes! If you can't find what you are looking for, we will do our best to find it for you. Just send us an email with any details, pictures, or inspiration and we can discuss further.
We understand things happen and will work with you the best we can. The client is responsible for returning damaged goods and will be charged to replace the item(s)
